Sibiraj and Sathyaraj starrer film Jackson Durai which has released
last friday has only got average response among the critics and viewers.
Despite
the mixed reviews, the film has managed to collect around 2.5 crore
rupees on the first day. The horror thriller film has totally collected
4.85 crore rupees in the opening weekend.
The film has got U/A
certificate and is not eligible for tax exemption by the Tamilnadu
government. So, the film has to run for atleast a week in order to rake
in profit for the makers.
